BookYou lead warranty
Besides saving time and creating booking overview, BookYou will make sure you generate more leads. We know this sounds ambitious, and that is exactly what we are. Seeing is believing, of course! That’s why BookYou guarantees you a minimum of 2 online leads. With this, you will earn your investment back. If not, BookYou will pay you 75% of the subscription fee back.
The rules are simple!
Within one month after connection, you have created your account according to the criteria stated below. The content of your BookYou booking site has to be according to the 5 standards like described below:
1. Findability
- You have a unique domain, and the website is “live”.
- You’ve entered a minimum of 20 keywords in the module SEO, according to the guidelines in the instructional text.
- Your booking site must have a pagerank of at least 2. Follow the instructions at http://pagerankchecker.nl.
2. Reliability
- At the module “contact”, you have stated your name, address and city of residence. Also, the times at which you can be reached are stated.
- Your booking site has to be approved on design and completeness by BookYou within a month.
3. Transparancy
- You have stated the price of at least 50% of your services and/or products on your website.
4. Booking speed
- Your client and location data are handed in at BookYou in an Excel sheet for importing.
5. Perception
- You mediate in at least 5 related services.
- Your profile has a completion of at least 80% (text, 4 images, 1 video and 1 Soundcloud file).
- You are mediated by at least 3 other users through Network Bookings.
After a year, you get 75% of your money back if you:
Received less than two contact requests or online options/bookings, while you have sent out 6 selection mailings, divided over the year. Only the BookYou users that attended the BookYou workshop, are able to make us of the leadwarranty.
FAQ
What’s the deal with the extra leads I receive?
By using BookYou, you will primarily also receive leads by phone. As they are not measurable, they will not be counted in the lead warranty.
And If I don’t convert the leads in a definitive booking?
You have the control over your own leads. BookYou offers you the window to show off your products. You will need persuation and sales skills to contract potential clients. We advise you to contact BookYou when you still haven’t managed to do that after 5 leads. Also contact us, when you haven’t received a single lead after 3 months. We will have a look at how you are using the tools and whether you’re using them right.
How and when can I cash the warranty?
Contact a BookYou employee a month after your account has been connected, to prove the criteria above and to talk them through. Besides good tips and advise for your branch, you will receive participation proof of the lead warranty. You can cash this after a year, which we naturally don’t expect!
